HPRCA Assistant Staff Nurse Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess B.Sc. Nursing with minimum 50% marks OR GNM (A Grade Nursing Diploma) with minimum 50% marks from a recognized institution.

Age Limit: The age of the candidate should be between 21 and 45 years as on 01 January 2026. A note in the policy annexure also mentions a 21–32 years age bracket; candidates are advised to refer to the official notification for clarity.

Age Relaxation: SC/ST/OBC (HP Domicile), Persons with Disabilities, and HP Government Employees get up to 5 years relaxation. Ex-Servicemen will get relaxation as per government rules.

Domicile: Candidates must be bonafide Himachali. Those who do not have Bonafide Himachali status must have passed Matriculation and 10+2 from institutions located in Himachal Pradesh.
