Job Overview
NTPC is seeking skilled and driven Assistant Executives to join its engineering team. Key Responsibilities

- Maintenance Planning and Execution: Participate in planning, scheduling, and executing maintenance activities for plant equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues in equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal functionality.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed, and compliance with industry standards and NTPC policies is maintained at all times.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare technical reports, log maintenance activities, and update documentation for operational records.
- Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with other departments, including safety, environmental, and operations teams, to ensure seamless workflow across NTPC plants.
Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in power generation, maintenance, or a similar field is preferred, though fresh graduates with strong fundamentals may also apply.
- Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of electrical/mechanical systems, control systems, and maintenance protocols.
