Role Overview
The Customer Service Officer (CSO) plays a critical role in enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting HUL’s customer relationships. As a CSO, you will be the point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth service experience. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on HUL products and services.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Order Processing: Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate order processing, delivery updates, and post-sales support.
- Relationship Building: Build strong customer relationships by providing courteous, timely, and accurate assistance.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the management team for product or service improvement.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions for tracking and analysis purposes.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, guidelines, and standards in all customer interactions.

Qualifications
- Education: Any graduation or post-graduation degree.
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service or sales is an advantage, but freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
