Role Overview
The Branch HR Executive is responsible for implementing HR policies, supporting employee engagement, and ensuring HR operations are smoothly carried out at the branch level. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who is passionate about people management and can help build a positive and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage recruitment processes for branch-level roles, conduct initial interviews, and facilitate onboarding for new hires.
- Employee Relations: Address employee queries and grievances, providing a supportive and approachable environment for all branch employees.
- HR Policy Implementation: Ensure company HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented and followed at the branch level.
- Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process, monitor employee performance, and provide feedback.
- Training & Development: Coordinate training sessions for branch employees, working closely with the central HR team to align with organizational goals.
- Attendance and Payroll Management: Oversee attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll support for accurate and timely employee payments.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and maintain accurate records and reports as needed.

- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to manage employee interactions effectively.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to handle employee issues with professionalism, empathy, and discretion.
- Organizational Skills: Good time management and attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
- Adaptability: Capacity to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in HR software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
Qualifications
- Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience: Prior experience in HR roles is an advantage, but freshers with a strong interest in HR are encouraged to apply.
- Languages: Fluency in English and local languages is preferred.
