Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- MBBS degree from a recognized university.
- Postgraduate Degree (PG) / DM / DNB in the concerned super specialty.
Experience:
- Relevant experience in the super specialty is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong diagnostic and treatment capabilities in your specialty.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert medical consultation in the concerned super specialty.
- Manage complex cases, ensuring timely and accurate diagnosis and treatment.
- Supervise junior doctors and medical staff in clinical activities.
- Participate in hospital rounds, case discussions, and quality improvement programs.
- Ensure compliance with ESIC’s medical and administrative guidelines.
