Key Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or similar roles; experience in FMCG or manufacturing is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in Financial Software: Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, financial modeling, and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial insights effectively to non-finance stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous and detail-oriented, with a high degree of accuracy in financial reporting.
