Salary and Pay Scale
Selected candidates will receive Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA) pay scale. Assistant Managers will be placed in the E-1 scale of Rs. 40,000 – Rs. 1,40,000, while Deputy Managers will receive the E-2 scale of Rs. 50,000 – Rs. 1,60,000. A service bond of Rs. 3 lakh is applicable for a minimum of three years of service.
